• Prepare weekly production schedules based on customer demand and capacity
• Track and report production plan performance
• Release Clear to Build (CTB) lists and coordinate with Purchasing on delivery dates
• Ensure raw materials are ready before scheduled production
• Provide commitment plans to Customer Service
• Report capacity constraints against customer demand
• Control in house kitting to avoid over issuing
• Communicate daily with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve issues
• Handle ad hoc assignments as directed by Department Head
• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related field
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills
• Computer literate and detail oriented
The QA Technician is responsible for assisting in measurement activities, preparing reports, and ensuring proper documentation and filing of analysis records. This role supports quality assurance through First Article Inspection (FAI), testing, calibration, and compliance with company quality and environmental systems.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and prepare customer reports
• Conduct measurements and testing as per requisition
• Carry out Measurement System Analysis (GR&R for equipment, new parts, and cosmetic inspection)
• Monitor SPC charts (X bar, R chart) for critical dimensions
• Perform and monitor MFI tests
• Coordinate and arrange equipment calibration, ensuring traceability and proper documentation
• File calibration reports/certificates accurately
• Assist in layout inspection and functional testing for automotive parts annually
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety procedures
• Report problems or deviations related to environmental issues to management
• Diploma/Degree/Technical Certificate in a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role
• Basic inspector knowledge

We are seeking a Spray-Painting Technician to perform and monitor spray painting operations, ensuring high-quality finishes on plastic and metal components. The role requires expertise in paint preparation and application, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with testing methods to maintain product standards.
• Execute spray painting operations and monitor quality.
• Apply PU, UV, acrylic, and water-based paints with proper preparation.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements for plastic parts (PP, ABS, Nylon).
• Conduct wet and dry paint testing (adhesion, UV, humidity, viscosity, thickness, etc.).
• Operate and maintain paint shop equipment, including booths, ovens, conveyors, and robotic systems.
• Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) in paint booths.
• Perform scheduled equipment maintenance and support productivity improvement systems.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the department head.
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry (experience in PU paint preparation preferred).
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in plastic paint shops.
• Good health, not allergic or sensitive to painting materials.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, EMS 14001, OHSAS 18001.
• Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Understanding of robotics, PLC, and machine programming.
